These terms apply to every person who opens or uses an account on 0ut. Access is available only where local law in your state or territory permits it. You accept these terms in full at the point you complete account registration.

We may update these terms when regulations or our operating policies change. We will notify you via your registered contact details before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date means you accept the revised version.

Personal identifiers are removed from active systems after closure. Transaction records, including UPI and Paytm deposit logs, are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulation, then deleted or anonymised in line with our data retention schedule.
